摘要
本文针对工伤管理工作的重要性、管理中出现的问题等要点,并结合工作中切身体会,提出了要管理到位,离不开领导的重视、支持及劳动者安全意识的提高。
In this paper,it proposed the importance of injury management,management problems and other points in the personal experience with the work presented to management in place,leaders can not do without the attention and support worker safety awareness.
