摘要
结合华大学生商业街的规划设计过程,探讨如何依据项目自身特点,对产品准确定位,将校园文化与商业进行融合,适应当代大学生行为模式、消费心理及商业需求,培育自身不可复制的文化内涵,打造独具风格的主题式学生体验商业街区。
Combined with the planning design of the huaqiao university students commercial street,this paper explore how to give the product accurate positioning and make a fusion of the campus culture and business according to project their own characteristics,which adapt to the contemporary college students'behavior patterns,consumer psychology and commercial demand,cultivating their own cultural connotation can not be copy,creating the unique thematic students experience commercial block.
