摘要
阐述了如何在工程技术实践中凝练出基金课题所需的科学问题.以申报自然科学基金课题为例,论述了选题、课题题目和填写申请书等问题,分析了基金课题的评审、修改及再次申报等相关事项.
This paper firstly discusses how to find out the scientific questions of the foundation projects from engineering practice.And then,using the application of natural science foundation projects as an example,the paper expounds such problems as topic selection,title confirmation,and application writing,and analyzes the review,modification and re-application,etc.
