羟丙基甲基纤维素与淀粉醚复配体系性能的研究 被引量:7

摘要 将高黏羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)和羟丙基淀粉醚(HPS)按不同质量分数进行复配,利用NDJ-1型旋转黏度计和安东帕Physica MCR 301型流变仪,研究其黏度和流变性,以及透光率和保水率的变化规律。结果表明,随着HPS复配含量的增加,复配样品的黏度和透光率均呈逐渐减小的趋势,但黏度在较大的剪切速率范围内比较稳定,表现出较好的抗剪切性;加入HPS后,复配样品的保水率比单一HPMC产品明显增高,并且随着HPS含量的增加,保水率经过了一个先显著增高后缓慢减少,然后又缓慢增加的过程。合理选择HPMC的黏度和复配物,并根据HPMC的黏度进行一定比例的复配,可以较低的成本满足医药胶囊应用的需求。 It prepared the high viscosity of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) and hydroxypropyl starch (I-IPS) blends with different blending ratio of HPMC and HPS, and the viscosity and rheological change rule were studied by using the NDJ-1 type of rotating viscometer and Anton Paar Physica MCR 301 type of rheometry, the light transmittance and the water retention rate change rule were also studied. Results showed that with the HPS content heighten, the viscosity and light transmittance of blends with samples gradually reduced, but the viscosity was more stable in larger shear rate scope and the solution showed good shear performance. The water retention rate of blends with sample was significantly higher than single HPMC products when HPS was blended in, and with the HPS content heighten, the water retention rate slowly reduced after a first significant rise, and then slowly increased. Reasonable choice of HPMC viscosity and the mixture, and according to the viscosity of HPMC, a certain proportion of blends with could low cost satisfy the medicine capsule application requirements.
