摘要
用不同浓度NaOH对杨树进行预处理,分析经过处理后不同品种杨树的纤维素、半纤维素、木质素含量的变化。结果表明,经NaOH处理后杨树中的纤维素含量明显增加,半纤维素和木质素含量明显减少。2%的NaOH溶液处理效果最好。NaOH溶液处理可以显著促进杨树木质素和半纤维素向纤维素的转化,是一种较为有效的以杨树为原料制取燃料乙醇的预处理方法。
The wood characteristics of five Populus speceis under the pretreatments using different concentrations of NaOH were analyzed. The results suggested that the content of cellulose was significantly increased, and contents of hemicellulose and lignin were significantly decreased. The best effect of pretreatment was occurred at 2% NaOH pretreatment. NaOH pretreatment can be considered as an effective pretreatment method when these five Populus species are used as materials of fuel ethanol.
