摘要
全密度聚乙烯的生产工艺包括溶液法、淤浆法和气相法。通过改变进料组成和工艺参数,可以灵活地生产0.910~0.970 g/cm3的全密度聚乙烯,成为目前聚乙烯生产工艺技术的一个发展趋势。其代表工艺主要有Sclairtech工艺、Dowlex工艺、Compact工艺、CX工艺、双环管反应器工艺、Unipol工艺I、nnovene G工艺、Spherilene工艺和Borstar工艺。Unipol气相工艺由于流程短、装置占地面积小、设备投资小、操作条件温和、生产单耗和环境污染小等优点,现已成为聚乙烯生产的主流技术。
In principle,polyethylene(PE) plants are so-called swing units which are able to produce both high density polyethylene(HDPE),medium density polyethylene(MDPE) and linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE),even if cost-wise it is better to avoid frequent switches between the PE grades with different densities.The processes of swing units including Sclair,Dowlex,Phillips,CX,Unipol,Innovene and Spherilene technology were reviewed in this paper.Unipol gas phase polyethylene production process is the most recently developed low pressure PE process and boasts many distinct advantages when compared with the commercial slurry and solution processes.
