工程建设项目管理分为决策、实施和后评价3个阶段。工程投资控制管理贯穿整个管理过程,从微观上讲,它关系到项目建设单位的投资效益,如何在这个动态管理过程中,发挥好投资控制的主体作用,对项目建设的全过程实施有效的投资控制,是取得项目成功的关键因素之一。
The project management of engineering construction can be divided into three stages: decision-making,implementation and post-evaluation.The investment control management exists throughout the whole management process;it concerned the investment returns of the project owner at the micro level.How to play the good principle role of investment control in this dynamic management process to control the investment effectively is the critical factor of successful project.
