摘要
以丙烯腈生产过程中产生的废水为研究对象,采用Fenton试剂氧化法,选用Fe2+浓度、H2O2浓度、溶液初始pH值为变量进行正交试验,研究了各因素对丙烯腈废水中CODC r降解的影响。结果表明:在较佳条件下,CODC r去除率可达到32.3%,Fenton试剂氧化预处理丙烯腈废水方法可行。
Wastewater from the acrylonitrile unit was treated with Fenton reagent oxidation method,and orthogonal tests were taken with Fe2+ concentration,H2O2 concentration,initial pH value of the solution as variables to study the effect on the CODCr degradation.Results showed that the CODCr could be reduced by 32.26% under the optimum conditions,which means that Fenton reagent oxidation could be used in the pretreatment of acrylonitrile wastewater.
