热电厂110kV主变总烃超标原因分析与处理

摘要 采用色谱法分析变压器油中溶解气含量,对热电厂主变总烃超标问题进行综合分析与处理。经过吊罩检查,发现变压器器身上夹件与侧梁连接处螺栓的过热故障导致主变总烃超标。采取相应措施,使问题得以解决。 The dissolved gas content in the transformer oil was determined with chromatography,The problem of the excessive total hydrocarbon content in the main transformer was thoroughly analyzed.Through hanging mask inspection,it was discovered that the overheating of bolts connecting the clamp of transformer body with the side beam was the reason for the problem.Suitable measures were taken and the problem was solved.
