根据北新建材在安全管理方面的成功管理模式,从树立安全发展科学理论、建立健全安全管理制度、营造企业良好安全文化等方面,探索了企业安全、和谐发展的方法。

The ways to achieve safety and harmonious development of enterprises were discussed according to successful safety management mode of Bei-xin group and from the following three aspects：establishing scientific theory of safety development,setting up and improving safety management institution,creating favorable safety cultural atmosphere.
