摘要
采用PEG 6000沉淀法、DEAE-32阴离子层析和Sephadex G-50凝胶层析分离纯化SDLH抗菌肽,抑菌圈法测定抑菌活性,Bradford法测定蛋白含量,PAGE检测纯度。结果获得分子量为17.0 KD,电泳纯的抗菌肽。
The Antibacterial protein is extracted and purified by the PEG 6 000 method and DEAE-32 chromatography and Sephadex G-50 chromatography,the Zone of inhinition method determinated the antibacterial activities.Bradford method determinated the contents of protein.The PAGE method detected the purity of protein.The result is that the purified protein obtained by electrophoresis has the molecular weight of 17.0 KD.
