山里红冲剂的制备及其抗氧化与降血脂功能

Production of Hawthor Powder and its Effect on Antioxidan Activity and Lipid-regulation Function

研究山里红冲剂的抗氧化作用以及降血脂作用。将山里红果实经过浸提、浓缩、调配、烘干等工艺加工成山里红冲剂;以超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)清除力,羟自由基(.OH)清除力和总还原力为评价指标,研究不同浓度的山里红冲剂的体外抗氧化作用;采用高脂饲料喂养小鼠建立高血脂模型,以山里红冲剂0.9、1.8、3.6 g/kg剂量给小鼠灌胃,1次/d,连续灌胃35 d后测定小鼠血清总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量,并设置空白对照组和降脂宁药物阳性对照组。结果表明:山里红冲剂的体外抗氧化作用明显,且浓度在试验范围内与抗氧化性呈正相关;山里红冲剂对小鼠的体重增加无明显影响;与高脂模型组比较,山里红冲剂能够降低高血脂小鼠血清TC、TG含量,高剂量组作用尤其明显(p<0.05),且能够升高HDL-C含量。山里红冲剂能够提高抗氧化能力,降低高脂小鼠血脂水平。

To study the effects of Hawthorn powder on antioxidant activity and lipid-regulating function.Hawthorn powder was made from Hawthorn through the processes including extracting juice,concentrating,making-up and drying.The effects of different concentration of Hawthorn powder on antioxidant activity was studied by the deoxidizational ability,the scavenging capacity of O2-· and ·OH.The hyperlipidemia model was established by feeding rats with high-fat diet.After 35 days the serum lipids of different group were determined respectively.The dosage of Hawthorn powder was in direct proportion to the antioxidation.Hawthorn powder had no significant effect on weight gain in rate.Compared with the hyperlipidemia model,the serum total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG） was decreased and high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） was increased.Hawthorn powder can enhance the antioxidation,and lower the serum lipid level of the mice with hyperlipidemia.
