建立了一种利用荧光分光光度计检测果蔬汁中VC检测的新方法,用荧光光谱检测VC含量的最佳激发和发射波长分别为342 nm和430 nm。
Established a new method of using fluorescence spectrophotom-eter to determinate VC in fruit and vegetable juice,the best wave of using fluorescence was 342 nm and 430 nm to determinate the content of VC.
