摘要
通过比较2008年与2002年天津市区县农村居民的膳食结构,了解天津市区县农村居民的膳食结构变迁,为提出合理膳食建议提供资料。采用整群随机抽样法抽取天津周边5个区县,391户,1 037人进行调查问卷,用3 d 24 h回顾法进行膳食调查。与2002年比较,2008年水果、豆类及制品的摄入量增加,已经达到膳食宝塔要求;蔬菜、乳类仍低于膳食宝塔推荐量;油脂摄入减少,但仍过量;蛋白质摄入增加,占RNIs的104%;VA、核黄素、抗坏血酸摄入增加,但仍低于膳食宝塔推荐量下限;钙、锌摄入增加,仍处于不足状态;铁、锌的来源动物类比例较低。天津市区县农村居民的膳食结构较2002年有了较大的改善,但膳食结构不合理,需加强对天津市区县农村居民的膳食引导。
By comparing dietary pattern of Tianjin rural residents in 2008 and 2002 to understand the dietary pattern changes of Tianjin rural residents,in order to make reasonable dietary recommendations.In the five counties of tianjin,random cluster sampling was used to select 391 households included 1 037 residents and face to face interview was carried out,household condiments data was collected by 3 consecutive 24 hour recalls.Results Compared with 2002,in 2008,intake of fruits,beans and products has a significant increase and reached the pagoda food requirements;intake of vegetables and dairy is still lower than the recommended amounts of dietary pagodas;fat intake reduced,but still excessive;protein intake increase,accounting for RNIs 104 %;intake of vitamin A,riboflavin,ascorbic acid increased,but still lower than the minimum recommended amounts of dietary pagoda;calcium and zinc intake increased,is still less than state;iron and zinc from animal food was lower.Conclusion The results indicate that the dietary pattern of rural resicents in tianjin was more appropriate than that in 2000,but is unreasonable still and should be modified.
