摘要
免疫传感器是将高灵敏的传感技术与特异性免疫反应结合起来,用以监测抗原抗体反应的生物传感器,具有快速、灵敏、选择性高、操作简便等特点,已广泛地应用在临床各个领域。随着传感器的发展,出现了压电免疫传感器、脂质体免疫传感器、表面等离子体共振免疫传感器、光导纤维免疫传感器等新型免疫传感器。近年来,纳米技术逐步进入电化学免疫传感器领域,并引发突破性的进展。纳米材料因其具有独特的性质,被广泛应用于研制和发展具有超高灵敏度、超高选择性的免疫传感器。本文就新型免疫传感器及其临床应用做一综述。
Immunosensors,with the features of rapid,sensitive,high selectivity and simple operation,combining highly sensitive sensor technology with specific immune response,are biological sensors used to monitor the antigen-antibody reaction and are widely used in clinical areas.With the development of sensors,there have been new types of immunosensors such as piezoelectric immunosensors,liposome immunosensors,surface plasmon resonance immunosensors and optical fiber immunosensors.In recent years,nano-technology gradually enters the field of electrochemical immunosensors and gets a disruptive progress.Because of the unique properties of nano-materials,they are widely applied to research and develop immunosensors with high sensitivity and high selectivity.This paper reviews a new type of immuneosensor and its clinical applications.
