党校作为党委的重要部门,培养了大批党政干部。作为特殊的学校,为党与政府各项方针政策提供理论依据,为党政干部思想交流提供重要平台。随着社会的发展和时代的变革,当前党校面临着办学方向的困境、人事薪酬管理的困境和培训工作本身的困境。党校教育必须从封闭走向开放,从双轨制走向统一制度分类管理,从重视投入转向结果引导,不断推进党校教育事业与时俱进,健康发展。

Party school,as an important sector of the Party committee,trains a large number of Party and government cadres.As a special school,it provides a theoretical basis for making principles and policies for the Party and government,and an important platform for the exchange of ideas for Party and government cadres.With the development of society and the change of times,Party schools face some predicaments such as the college-running orientation,personnel salary management and training work.Party school education must be carried out from a closed to an open way,from the two-track system to the unified system of classification management,from focusing on investment to results guidence so as to continuously push forward the healthy development of Party school education.
