摘要
针对永通公司铸管喷镁球化新工艺自投产以来喷枪的使用寿命较短、喷枪质量不稳定、喷吹时间较长等问题进行了分析,提出了改进措施,通过规范操作和技术改进,提高了铸管喷镁球化用喷枪的使用寿命,实现节能降耗增效的目的。
The paper analyzes the short service life,unstable quality and long spraying duration etc remaining problems for spray gun after new magnesium spheroidizing process was put into production in Yongtong cast tube company,and give improving measures.It improves the service life and achieves energy saving and consumption reducing through increasing the service life of spray gun.
