大黄鱼深水网箱养殖技术

摘要 于2009年4月至2010年11月在平均水深18m、流速0.7m/s的福建省罗源湾岗屿海区,采用2口¢12.8m、入水深10m的深水网箱放养110.3g/尾规格鱼种进行大黄鱼养殖试验。经19个月养殖,平均规格达到597.5g/尾,养成成活率约43.7%。试验结果表明:相对小网箱养殖,大黄鱼深水网箱养殖成品鱼体色更接近天然,色泽度好,呈金黄色,肉质更鲜美,养殖过程病害少;但在网衣固定、生物附着等方面仍存在技术难度,特别是网衣的漂移造成鱼体挤压受伤,影响了养殖成活率。 During April in 2009 to November in 2010,the experiment on Pseudosciaena crocea was carried on.The weight of 110.3g per fish was cultured in the two deep sea cages with diameter of 12.8m and the depth of 10m in the gangyu sea area of luoyuan bay which the average water depth is 18m and flow rate is 0.7m/s.After 19 months of culture,the average weight was 597.5g per fish and the survival rate was amount to 43.7%.The result showed that,compared with smaller sea cage,the product fish of deep sea cage had a more nature color,a better color degree,more delicious flesh and little disease,but some technical difficulties such as fixing network clothing and biofouling still exist,especially the drift of the network clothing will compress the fish and effect the survival rate.
