节能减排是一个系统工程,这两个方面是相辅相成的。在公安院校后勤管理工作中,节能工作是重点,同时也必须把减排工作落到实处。为了提高能源利用效率,保护和改善环境,公安院校应当建立节能减排后勤保障工作机制。

Energy conservation and ventilation reduction,which is a systematic engineering,are both complementary to each other.In police colleges and universities,energy conservation is the priority,but ventilation reduction must be practiced.In order to improve the efficiency of energy use and protect the environment,police colleges and universities should establish energy-conservation-and-ventilation-reduction-oriented logistic and support working mechanism.
