摘要
当前社会矛盾处于多发期和凸显期,这在一定程度上导致报复型个人极端暴力事件频发,对此类暴力事件的犯罪行为必须以预防为主。从近年来发生的个人极端暴力事件以及最近一段时间广为关注的几起校园凶杀案可以看出,个人极端暴力行为已经从自杀型向报复型转变。报复型个人极端暴力犯罪行为的类型分为报复性杀人型和泄愤性攻击型两种,要在对典型案例研究的基础上,分析报复型个人极端暴力犯罪的行为特点,探究总结该犯罪行为的诱发原因,进而提出预防该种犯罪行为的一系列策略。
Nowadays,social contradictions are in a period of frequent occurrence and are usually eye-catching,which to some extent leads to frequent occurrence of extremely violent crimes.We should start with prevention of such violent crimes.Looking back at recent extremely violent crimes and attention-catching homicides in the schools,we see individual extremely violent crimes have gone from suicide to revengeful crimes.Revengeful crimes are dichotomized into revengeful homicides and resentment-venting assaults.Based on typical case study,we cam analyze behavioral characteristics of revengeful violent crimes and explore their causes so that a series of crime prevention measure can be proposed.
