分析了流程企业的技术、经济和管理特征 ,提出了流程企业集成化经营管理模式的设计目标和设计要求 ,描述了基于成本领先战略的流程企业集成化经营管理模式的体系结构 ,最后对后续研究作了展望。
The characters of technique, economy and management in the EIPM are analyzed, the aims and demands for EIPM-ICM designing are proposed. The architecture of EIPM-ICM based upon the cost leading strategy is also described. Finally, a general view of this field's future is given.
