摘要
本文形式化地描述了特征及其相关属性 ,分析了特征的生成属性。在解决特征一致性问题时 ,首先将特征分为应用特征、形状特征及特征表示三层 ,然后通过特征转换和特征映射将制造特征与设计特征有机地结合在一起 ;抽象特征概念的引入 ,减少了CAD系统与CAPP/CAM系统之间的信息转换 ,同时又使得在产品的开发初期 ,设计师和工艺师就能进行并行工作。本文详细给出了系统ZD -MCADII在集成系统GS -ICCC中与CAPP的特征接口。
The feature inconsistency between design and manufacturing becomes the bottleneck in CAD/CAM integration. The feature and its attributes are described formally in this paper. To resolve the difference between design features and manufacturing features, the feature is divided into three levels: application features, form features and feature representation, then translate design features to manufacturing features by employing the technique of feature conversion and feature mapping. In order to reduce information translation from CAD to CAPP/CAM, the paper brings in abstract feature. Further more, the abstract feature can make it possible to carry out design and process planning concurrently. This paper also introduces the feature interface between the feature based parametric modeling system known as ZD-MCADII and the CAPP system in CAD/CAPP/CAM integrated environment named GS-ICCC.
