基于可制造性设计的小批量产品制造质量控制系统 被引量:2

摘要 本文首先分析了传统制造系统适用的前提条件 ,以及传统的产品制造质量控制方法———统计过程控制的局限性。接着考虑到并行工程中产品的可制造性设计要求 ,针对目前制造企业普遍采用的多品种小批量生产模式 ,提出了一种对应的产品制造质量管理与控制系统。 In this paper, the limitation of Statistical Process Control (SPC) is first analyzed and a new approach to model the processing quality is presented to deal with part-processing in small-batches. For the Design for Manufacturing (DFM), with regard to the small-batch product manufacturing, we have put forward a quality control and management system correspondingly. Furthermore, we have expounded the functions of this system thoroughly. Experiment and application in an enterprise have proved this system to be effective and reliable.
