摘要
根据有关MRPII应用情况调查的统计和分析 ,主要介绍了我国企业对MRPII的需求、实施组织、培训、工程周期和效益等方面的样本统计调查情况 ,并从企业实施MRPII工程效益的角度出发 ,对MRPII的适应模式、实施所需企业管理基础、企业领导的作用、立项与实施的执行程序等主要实施有关问题进行了对比分析 ,提出了看法和建议。
A brief statistic analysis is descrited in this paper, according to the data of “Investigation for applying MRP II”. The sample statistic introduced on requirements, implementing of the organization, training, engineering period and benefit, etc. for MRP II in Chinese enterprises. The main questions on implementing, suitable models for MRP II, management foundation of enterprise, role of enterprise leader, execution order of the project are analyzed from the viewpoint engineering benefit in implementing MRP II. Some suggestions are proposed as well.
