摘要
针对凝汽器的腐蚀泄漏,车间通过检查和涡流探伤掌握铜管腐蚀情况,采取加强循环冷却水的加药管理、保持铜管清洁、管板刷漆联合阴极保护、镀膜等防护措施,使凝汽器腐蚀冶理取得了一定的效果。
Aiming at corrosion leakage of condensers, based on studying corrosion status of copper tubes by examination and eddy current inspection, protective measures such as strengthening medicining management of circulating cooling water, combined cathodic protection of keeping the room clean and painting tube plates, and coating were carried out,and corrosion treatment has obtained certain effects.
