摘要
通过量化水淬42CrMo钢可以得到粗板条状马氏体、细板条状马氏体、针状马氏体、隐针马氏体组织或与其它相的复合组织等不同的组织,也可以通过量化水淬来调整钢的硬化层、表面硬度、性能指标、淬火变形量,根据工程设计要求,选择合适的参数。
By quantitative water quenching, coarse lath martensite,thin lath martensite, acicular martensite, latent acicular martensite or complex microstructures could be gotten for 42CrMo steel,and hardening layer, surface hardness, performance index, deformation after quenching could also be adjusted through choicing the correspond parameters according to the engineering design.
