摘要
任职教育条件下,深入开展学术科研活动是提高任职教育院校教学质量的前提,是培养创新型军事人才的重要途径,如何以科研促教学,以教学带科研协调发展,是目前任职教育院校应该重点思考的问题。
In the job-oriented education,the development of scientific research is the precondition to improve the teaching quality of job-oriented education.It is an important approach to the cultivation of innovative military talents.The most important issue in job-oriented education is how to harmoniously develop the teaching through scientific research.
