摘要
为解决采煤机螺旋滚筒设计以手工分析、计算为主,设计效率低、设计质量因设计者而异的问题,通过对专家系统关键技术的分析与研究,借鉴专家的经验和设计实例,以VB6.0为编写平台,采用模块化思想,自下而上地建立了采煤机螺旋滚筒专家系统。利用该系统能快速地对螺旋滚筒结构进行设计与仿真,快速而稳定地实现了采煤机螺旋滚筒设计,保证了采煤机滚筒的设计质量和提高了设计效率,为设计高质量的采煤机奠定了基础。
A spiral drum is an important component in shearer for cutting coal. In order to overcome the problems associated with the manual design and calculation on drum, such as lower efficiency and unstable design quality, this study investigates the key technologies in expert system and analyzes the expert experience and design cases, An expert system of shearer drum design is developed using modular design method based on VB6.0 platform. The system can quickly design and simulate the spiral shearer drum structure to achieve a fast and stable design of shearer drum. Also it warrants a high quality and efficiency of spiral drum design. It provides a solid basis for manufacturing high quality shearers.
