摘要
为提高旋转式秸秆压实机液压控制系统的稳定性和可靠性,利用HOLLIAS-LECG3系列小型一体化PLC技术改造旋转式秸秆压实机的液压控制系统,通过配套的可编程软件PowerPro,利用LD语言编程方法实现液压系统的自动控制和手动控制,在控制各个油缸动作的同时还可以实现故障检测以及液压缸位置检测。通过在线模拟仿真以及实物连接表明,采用PLC控制,提高了液压系统的稳定性和可靠性。
In order to improve the stability and the reliability of the hydraulic control system,the paper introduced the method of design and implement to reform hydraulic control system of the revolving agro-stalks compressor,which used the series of HOLLIAS-LEC G3 integrated PLC.The software of PowerPro and LD language is used and programmed in order to achieve manual and automatic control for hydraulic system.Every tank's operation is controlled in the meantime can realized the fault detection and piston position detection.The reformed example is showed that using PLC to control the hydraulic system can improve the stability and the reliability of the system by simulated online.
