摘要
建立离子色谱法同时测定水产品中正磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐、三聚磷酸盐及三偏磷酸盐的质量分数。采用AS11-HC离子色谱柱(4×250 mm),流动相为KOH,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,电导抑制检测。检测结果表明,4种组分(PO43-,P2O47-,P3O510-,(PO3)33-)色谱峰分离效果较好,线性关系良好,线性范围分别为0.2~100 mg/L,0.1~100 mg/L,0.1~100 mg/L和0.5~100 mg/L;相关系数分别为0.999 9,0.999 9,0.999 7和0.999 9;加样回收率为80.3%~106.9%。该检测方法精密度高,准确度好,操作简便,可用于水产品中多聚磷酸盐质量分数的测定。
This paper aims to develop an ion chromatography method for the determination of orthophosphate,pyrophosphate,tripolyphosphate and trimetaphosphate in aquatic products.The chromatographic conditions include AS11-HC column(4×250mm),a mobile phase of KOH in gradient elution mode.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and they were detected by suppressed conductivity detector.The four compounds were separated well.The linear rage of orthophosphate,pyrophosphate,tripolyphosphate and trimetaphosphate were 0.2~100 mg/L,0.1~100 mg/L,0.1~100 mg/L and 0.5~100 mg/L,respectively.The related coefficients were 0.999 9,0.999 9,0.999 7 and 0.999 9,respectively.The average recoveries were 80.3%~106.9%.This method is sensitive,accurate and time-saving.It can be used for the determination of polyphosphates in aquatic products.
