摘要
粉层厚度是静电喷涂生产中重要的指标,关系到静电喷涂的质量和成本。采用谢宁实验方法进行分析,首先用成对比较法和图基检验分析影响静电喷涂粉层厚度的关键影响因素,再应用变量搜索法实现关键影响因素的最佳参数组合,最后用成效比对法评价改进效果。分析表明,利用粉枪压力、电场电流、链速这3个关键影响因素的适当参数组合,可以获得更理想的粉层厚度。
Powder coating thickness is an important indicator in electrostatic painting process,which is related to quality and cost.We use the Shainin DOE in this article: analyzing the key impact factors on powder coating thickness by Paired Comparisons and Tukey Test,searching the best parameter combination by Variable Search,and evaluating the improvement by B vs.C.This research indicates that a proper parameter combination of three key impact factors,which include air pressure of powder guns,electric current and chain speed,can achieve better powder coating thickness.
