摘要
采用紫外光照射法,以二苯甲酮(BP)为光引发剂,将丙烯酸(AA)接枝到低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)粉末表面,制备出聚乙烯接枝丙烯酸(LDPE-g-AA)热熔胶.通过红外光谱鉴定接枝物的结构,利用羰基C==O的特征峰(1 712 cm-1)与CH2的特征峰(1 460 cm-1)的面积比值定量测定接枝率.研究LDPE粉末粒径、界面剂用量、紫外光照射时间、引发剂用量和单体用量等工艺条件对接枝率的影响.当紫外光照射时间为15 m in,每100 g LDPE二苯甲酮用量为3 g、AA用量为15 g时,接枝率可达8.0%.最后考察接枝产物的接枝率对金属铁片剥离强度的影响:随接枝率的增加,LDPE-g-AA热熔胶对铁片的剥离强度增大,可达到2.0 kN/m.
Surface UV photografting of acrylic acid(AA) onto low density polyethylene(LDPE) powder was carried out using benzophenone(BP) as a photoinitiator in the present of UV light,and the hot melt adhesive of LDPE-g-AA was obtained.The structure of LDPE-g-AA was verified with FT-IR,and the graft ratio was determined by the area ratio of characteristic peaks C= =O(1 712 cm-1) to CH2(1 460 cm-1).Effects of diameter of LDPE powder,interfacial agent content,irradiation time,initiator content and monomer content on the graft ratio were discussed.The results were shown the graft ratio reached 8.0 %,when irradiation time was 15 min,BP content was 3 g/100 g LDPE,and AA content was 15 g/100 g LDPE.Finally,the effect of the graft ratio on steel/steel peel strength was studied,and the peel strength reached 2.0 kN/m and increased with the graft ratio.
