摘要
以顺丁橡胶和丁苯橡胶为主体材料研制密封胶条,通过微波硫化实验工艺,解决产品在挤出工艺中填料份数和热出口膨胀.考察产品力学性能,讨论不同填料对产品性能的影响,选定最佳配方.实验结果表明:选用顺丁橡胶为主体材料可以改善密封胶条热出口膨胀;在填充体系中液蜡可以最有效地改善密封胶条的流变性,减少挤出形变和热出口膨胀;选用少量再生胶可以改善密封胶的加工性能,起到增塑剂和降低成本的作用.
The sealing strip with butadiene rubber and styrene butadiene rubber as the main material was studied.Amount of fillers and thermal export expansion of product were resolved in the extrusion process by microwave curing process.The mechanical properties of products and the influence of different fillers on the product properties were investigated,and the best formula was determined.The results were shown that the heat export expansion of sealing was improved when butadiene rubber as the main material was used.The filling system and the rheological behaviour of sealing were improved when liquid paraffine was used.The extrusion deformation and thermal export expansion were reduced,and the processing performance of sealing was improved when a small amount of reclaimed rubber was used.The reclaimed rubber played the role in plasticizer and reducing costs.
