Facing the challenge of ruling status and the changes of ruling environment,the CPC has to enhance the inclusiveness in the ruling foundation,governance,ruling power and so on,which enlarges the space to solve problems,help to exert the function of ＂social integration＂,consolidate the party＇s ruling foundation,and promote the construction of governing capability and advancement.
