摘要
教育要树立"以人为本"的理念,以促进学生的全面和谐发展。而学校承担着教育人、培养人的主要任务,学校对学生的教育培养主阵地在课堂,课堂的和谐与否对学生的全面和谐发展起着重要作用。
Education must establish concept of ＇men-oriented＇ to promote students＇ overall harmonious development.Yet colleges assuming crucial tasks on education and cultivation,the major frontier lies in classroom,harmonious or not plays critical function on students＇ sound development.
