键图法在铁道车辆垂向振动研究中的应用

摘要 本文应用键图法研究铁道车辆的垂向振动问题。建立了客车六自由度振动系统的键图模型;给出了模拟轨道周期性不平顺与单一脉冲型不平顺的键图模型;并以XL_(22)型行李车(装用209型转向架)为例,进行了动态响应模拟。结果表明:键图模拟车辆垂向动态响应,简便、直观、快捷。文中还进一步探讨了键图法用于车辆悬挂参数优化的可行性,发现键图法的特长对此可以得到更充分地发挥。 The bond graph is used to study the vertical vibration of railway vehicles. A bond graph model of the vehicle vertical dynamic system with six degrees of freedom, together with two kinds of rail inputs in the forms of the sinusoidal irregularity and the single rectangular pulse irregularity, is established. The vertical dynamic responses of the baggage car XL_(22) with bogie type 209 are simulated with the bond graph approach. It is shown that the bond graph simulation is simple, fast and effective in researches on railway vehicle vertical dynamics. It is also shown that advantages of the bond graph can be utilized in the optimum design of the suspension parameters of railway vehicles.
