摘要
全国性股份制中小商业银行作为我国银行业的中坚力量,对国民经济的快速发展起着非常重要的作用。但对于中小银行而言,要获得生存发展空间,必须突破其盈利模式单一、同质化严重的现状,并适应其自身所面对的约束条件、外部环境以及社会需求。这势必要求我国中小银行应立足于自身经营管理实际,在做好传统业务的前提下,确定适合自身特点的转型战略和经营模式,笔者据此提出相应的策略与措施以便作为参考。
National joint-stock commercial banks as the backbone of our country,play very important roles in the rapid development of the national economy.However,in order to survive and develop,our small and medium sized banks must break the single profit model and the seriously homogeneous situation,and adapt ourselves to the constraints,external environment and social needs.It will require those banks to ensure traditional business in the premise and then to set up the transformation that fits their own strategic and business model.Some corresponding strategies and measures are put forward for reference.
