中小企业信用再担保制度研究

建立中小企业信用再担保制度,初始路径的选择对制度的演化起着关键作用。本文以路径依赖理论为指导,研究国外信用再担保制度的特点,总结国内信用再担保试点的实践经验,提出中小企业信用再担保制度初始路径选择的几个关键问题。

To build the SME＇ credit re-guarantees system, the choice of initial path plays an important role in the evolution of system. The paper, using the theory of path-dependence, studies the characters of foreign credit re-guarantees systems and summarizes the experience and lessons of domestic re-guarantees projects, to put forward some key points of the initial path-choice of SME＇ credit reguarantees system.
