摘要
文中主要结合《国际贸易术语解释通则2010》的规定,从运输方式、风险转移、相关费用(码头作业费)划分等方面分析了CIF术语在我国出口业务运用中存在的相关问题并提出了防范的措施。
This paper analyses the existing problems about applying CIF terms in Chinese exports and brings forward countermeasures from methods of transportation,passing of risks,divisions of relevant cost（Terminal Handling Charge） according to the regulations in ＂Incoterms2010＂.）
