摘要
垂直提升货柜是现代物流系统中具有实时管理功能的仓储设备,以托盘为存储单元,通过提取车的升降运动,将存放货物的托盘取到操作者面前或送到货柜合适位置。文中从三方面介绍垂直提升货柜内部结构的优化设计,从而降低生产成本,提高货柜运行的整体性能,获得更大的市场份额,提高市场竞争力。
Vertical hoisting cabinet,with pallet as its storage unit,is a modern logistics system with real-time warehouse management equipment.The lift delivers pallet to operator or suitable place through lifting and dropping the extractor.From three aspects this paper introduces optimization design of internal structure in vertical hoisting cabinet,thus reduce production cost and improve the overall performance of the container operation,have a bigger share of the market and improve market competitiveness.
