摘要
在社会经济发展不明朗的今天,生产管理技术已经成为了提高企业竞争力的重要因素。在企业铁路精益物流中,MRPII技术的"推动式"生产方式有很多优势,但是它在准时交货能力、快速反应能力等方面不能适应当前企业发展的需要,特别是在铁路存货精益物流方面还存在很大问题。文中结合一些企业铁路精益物流的特点,通过对MRPII生产物流模式的深层次总结与分析,进一步论述了MRPII模式的运作要点与企业供应链设计应用等问题,同时有效地将理论与实践结合了起来,具有较深的现实意义。
In the Tsocial and economic development are not clear today,the production of improved management techniques has become an important factor in the competitiveness of enterprises.Lean logistics enterprise,MRPII technology ＂push-style＂ production has many advantages,but it is on-time delivery capabilities,rapid response capabilities and so can not meet the current needs of enterprise development,particularly in the railway stocks Lean Logistics There are still a big problem.In this paper,some of the characteristics of enterprise Lean logistics,production logistics model by MRPII summary and analysis of the deep,and further discusses the elements of MRPII mode of operation and application of supply chain design issues,while effectively combines theory and practice together with a deeper significance.
