土地流转的绩效问题及其政策分析——以江苏省如东县为例

A Study of the Problem of Rural Land Transfer Performance and Policy

土地流转是农村土地制度的一次创新,是现代农业发展和社会主义新农村建设的核心。土地流转的有效运行为农民增收致富、农业高效发展奠定了良好基础。本课题组针对江苏省如东县土地流转的绩效、问题,采用随机抽样,并结合问卷和访谈进行了实地调研,探求农村土地流转存在的现实问题,提出促进土地流转和加快社会主义新农村建设的对策建议。

Land transfer is an innovation in the rural land system is the development of modern agriculture and the core of building a new socialist countryside.Effective operation of land transfer for farmers to get rich,efficient development of agriculture has laid a good foundation.Rudong County,Jiangsu Province,our group for the performance of land transfer,the problem,using random sampling,combined with questionnaires and interviews conducted field research,and explore the existing reality of rural land is proposed for land transfer and accelerate the building of new socialist countryside countermeasures.
