重庆VTS(Vessel Traffic service)系统一期工程已进入试运行阶段。文中介绍了重庆VTS万州分中心的功能,阐述其试运行期间出现的主要问题,并提出了完善其功能的措施和建议。
the first project of the Qongqing VTS had began to run.In the paper,the function and problem of the Qongqing VTS Wanzhou Sub-center is presented.And some improving suggestions to the problem are advised.
