基于MES模式的高职运输组织与管理教学改革探讨

Research on the MES Teaching Model in Higher Vocational "Transport-organization and management"

高职教育是培养企业第一线实用型技术人才,如何将从业岗位与课程教学相结合是高职教育改革的重点。传统的教学模式已不能满足现代职业能力培养的要求。MES教学模式以就业为导向,设置课程结构和课程内容,在课程实施中实现"教、学、做"一体化,从而转变传统教师的"讲授",使学生转变为任务实施过程中的"主动参与者"。文中将MES教学模式应用于高职《运输组织与管理》的课程改革实践中,构建模块化课程教学,通过模块式教学实现高职教学培养目标。

Higher vocational education aims to nurture students into enterprise practical and skilled personnel.It is urgent for higher vocational education reform to do far-reaching research on the post and practitioners teaching.Employment-oriented MES teaching model set up course structure and the course content.And in this way,we may reach＂teaching,learning and working＂as a whole corporated body.At the same time,the teacher transforms the traditional teacher ＂teaching＂ and the students are the implementation of ＂active participants＂.According to the characteristics of Transport-organization and –management,the paper constructs modularized curriculum on the base of MES teaching model.
