工作过程导向的实训课程体系的设置应有明确的方向,实训课程开发以市场需求为逻辑起点;以职业岗位群职责、典型工作任务、工作流程分析为依据,进行内容选择与重构;以行动为导向实施教学,有针对性地开展实训,以提高学生的实际动手能力。
The work process-oriented training curriculum should set a clear direction.As a logical starting point to market demand,based on the occupational status group responsibilities,typical tasks,work flow analysis,training curriculum development chooses and re-structures content.By the action-oriented teaching,training curriculum development shall carry out targeted training so as to improve students＇practical ability.
