微波辅助高氯酸催化油酸缩合反应 被引量:1

Microwave Assisted Polymerization of Oleic Acid Catalyzed by Perchloric Acid-Ionic Liquids

摘要 采用微波加热法合成了油酸交内酯(estolides)。初步探讨了反应时间、温度、催化剂用量、微波功率等对油酸交内酯合成的影响。当微波功率100 W,反应温度60℃,催化剂n(HClO4)∶n(油酸)=0.1,反应2 h酸值的减少量即可达到传统加热法反应24 h的值。该方法可以大辐度缩短反应时间,从而达到降低能耗的目的。 Microwave assisted synthesis of oleic estolides was studied and the results exposed the impacts of reaction time,reaction temperature,catalyst dosage and Microwave power on the condensation reaction of oleic acid.At the optimum conditions(Microwave power 100 W,reaction temperature 60 ℃,the molar ratio of HClO4 and oleic acid being 10%,2-hours heating by microwave),a same level of acid value change was attained in comparing with 24 hours conventional heating,The reaction time was significantly shortened compared with conventional heating,and energy consumption was also reduced.
