摘要 研究了岷山红三叶抗病单株扦插1代中不同抗病性植株接种白粉病后的生理生化特性。结果表明,免疫植株超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性最高,是高感植株的2.75倍,随着抗病性减弱,SOD活性逐渐降低;随着抗病性减弱过氧化物酶(POD)和L-苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性逐渐降低,但降幅比较缓和,免疫植株活性是高感植株的1.13和1.32倍;随着抗病性减弱,可溶性糖、丙二醛、游离脯氨酸、叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量均降低,免疫植株可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸含量均大于高感植株的2倍,免疫植株叶绿素a、叶绿素b和丙二醛分别是高感的1.30,1.52和1.36倍;不同抗病性植株间类胡萝卜素含量无显著差异。 The physiological and biochemical indexes of Minshan red clover for powdery mildew resistance were studied in this paper.The results showed that immunity plant have the highest SOD activity,which was 2.75 times higher than high sensitive plant.With the resistance decreasing,SOD activity decreased gradually.POD and PAL activity decreased with the resistance decreasing,the immunity plant was 1.13 and 1.32 times higher than high sensitive plant.As the resistance decreased,soluble sugar,MDA,Pro,Chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b contents all decreased.The soluble sugar and Pro contents of immunity plant were more than 2 times higher than high sensitive plant.The contents of Chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and MDA of immunity plant were 1.30,1.52 and 1.36 times higher than high sensitive plant.The difference of carotenoid content was not significant among different disease-resistant plants.
