Investigation on Generating Composite Coatings Reinforced by Compound Carbides by Laser Cladding on the Surface of Fe-C Alloy

摘要 在C-Si-B激光合金化和Fe-C-Si-B激光熔覆的基础上,通过往熔覆粉末中加入适量钛粉和WC陶瓷,在钢和铸铁表面均获得了组织均匀、细化、无缺陷的颗粒增强复合材料层。这种熔覆层具有优异的耐磨性。 Basing on the achievements of C -Si- B laser alloying and Fe - C- Si- B laser cladding, by means of mixing an appropriate quantity of Ti and WC powders, uniform, fine and without defect composite coatings reinforced by compound carbides could be acquired on the surface of steel and cast iron. The composite cladding layers showed excellent wear resistance.
