摘要
采用平面瞬时热源法研究激光作用后轮齿内部的瞬态温度场分布,导出了实用的齿轮硬化层分布的快速估算公式,同时还讨论了齿轮的背面回火问题。
With plane transient heat source's solution,this paper analyzes the transient temperature field in a gear tooth induced by laser beam. And the formula used to fast evaluate the gear case depth is presented. The problem of gear back-temper of laser beam hardening is also discussed in the paper.
