浅论少数民族的政治参与——以黑龙江省鄂伦春、赫哲、鄂温克族为例

On the Political Participation of Minorities——Taking Oroqen,Hezhe and Ewenki in Heilongjiang Province as an Example

少数民族政治参与是以少数民族为参与主体的政治参与行为,既包括少数民族成员在多民族国家政治生活中的政治参与,也包括少数民族成员在本民族社会内部的政治参与。以黑龙江省的鄂伦春族、赫哲族、鄂温克族为例,探究少数民族政治参与的现实状况,就其参与意识、参与意愿和参与空间等方面存在的问题提出针对性建议,力求通过经济发展、文化教育、干部培养和民主建设等措施提升其政治参与水平。

In multi-national political affairs and its own ethnic group as well,political participation of minorities refers to the Political participation behavior acted by mainly minorities.Based on pertinent suggestion on existing problems of thought,willingness and opportunities of political participation from minorities such Oroqen,Hezhe and Ewenki in Heilongjiang province,this paper probes into minorities＇ present situation of political participation in order to improve their standard of political participation by the means of economic development,cultural education,cadres cultivating,and construction of democracy.
